Epilepsy Annual Reveiw

Epilepsy is a common condition that affects the brain and causes frequent seizures.  Seizures are bursts of electrical activity in the brain that temporarily affect how it works. They can cause a wide range of symptoms.  Epilepsy can start at any age.  It’s often lifelong, but can often be managed with medication.

An annual review with our Practice Nurse will keep a check on how well you are managing with Epilepsy.

Thank you for completing the first stage of your annual review.
Upon receipt of the completed online questionnaire a clinician will determine one of three outcomes – detailed at the end of the survey.
