We are delighted to confirm that patients who were booked to have second dose vaccines for w/c 19th April will go ahead, in line with Health Board guidance of 2nd dose vaccination at 11 – 12 weeks.

Entrance for the clinics will be via the lane behind the surgery.
Please bring your vaccination card with you to the appointment.
You will not be required to stay on site after the vaccination, but you MUST NOT DRIVE for 15minutes after vaccination.
