We have now contact and vaccinated most of our over 80 year olds.
- There are a few patients who needed to delay, and we will contact those patients again to book them in.
- There are a few patients over 80 that we have been unable to contact, and we will write to those this week.
- Patients we have listed as housebound will be contacted by the Health Board for vaccination at home.
Today, 1.2.2021, we begin vaccination of our 75 – 79 year old patients. There is no need to contact us as we will phone or write to all in the next week or so. Clinics are set up based on the number of vaccines that we have available to us, so we are unable to “fit” anyone extra in.
At this time, we have only been directed to vaccinate patients aged 75 and over, so please do not contact the team with vaccine enquiries if you are outside of this group. We have been notified that the Health Board have set up a Covid Vaccine Enquiries Line on 02921 836341 (09:00 -17:00 7 days a week).
