About NHS Wales App
From March 2024, patients will be able to check, cancel and book appointments as well as order repeat medication via the online service NHS Wales App. Patients will also have access to services such as NHS 111 Wales health advice and blood and organ donation.
To be able to use this service you must:
- be registered with Court Road Surgery
- be aged 16 or over
- have a valid photo ID to set one up
- have an email address to verify an NHS login account
