Telephone Problem Tuesday 13th July 2021

We are pleased to report that the issue with the lines has now been resolved and we are able to receive and make calls again as usual.  Thank you for your patience.

We have encountered a problem with our telephone lines and our phones are not connecting on either incoming or outcoming calls.  As a workaround whilst we are waiting a fix from the engineers please note the following:

If you have a routine query, please check the website/ FB/ MySurgery App for an update and call us when our lines reopen.

If you have a medical problem, please consider all the options you have available to you – Choose Pharmacy for minor ailments, MIND in the Vale for Mental Health Support, Opticians for Eye Care and Dentist for Dental Problems, NHS symptom checker for self help.

We hope that this will be a temporary measure and we will be back up and running ASAP.

We are working with our telephone provider to resolve the problem as soon as possible.  Please bear with us.  Thank you for your understanding and patience.
