The premises at Court Road Surgery were dramatically improved in 2003 and accommodate automatic front entrance door, a spacious waiting area, access suitable for disabled persons, a lift to assist visitors above the ground floor, disabled toilet facilities, a confidential area to speak to a member of team away from the waiting room. We also have a portable hearing loop system for the hard of hearing. Street parking is available on Court Road for up to 2 hours.
Since 2010 we have an electronic patient check in, located at the main reception desk in the surgery.
In April 2013 the surgery extended its premises further to incorporate additional space for an independent pharmacy to be attached to the property. The Pharmacy is open from 09.00 – 18:00 hours (closed for lunch between 1pm – 2pm daily, offering patients access to collect prescriptions almost alongside the surgery hours.
