We promote that patients should be registered at the GP surgery nearest to their address or the address for which they spend the largest part of their time. We also promote that families should be registered together, for example, children should not be registered without an adult at the same address.
For patient safety and continuity of NHS services, we recommend ensuring that you register with a GP as soon as possible when relocating to an area, even if you are not unwell at the time.
From 1st July 2019, Court Road Surgery will request a deduction from the registered list any patient/s who are known to be outside of the practice area. This will include any children/ dependants who are also registered with the adult being deducted.
