Physio First

Physio First is a new service to Court Road Surgery, from 1st July 2021.

Instead of requesting a call back/ appointment with a GP, patients with new spinal, muscle, joint or tendon pain will be booked to see our Specialist Physiotherapist without the need to see a GP first. Hence the name, Physio First!

Our patient services team will identify patients suitable for this service based on the details given in the call on the day. We are able to offer this service to patients aged 16 and above.

Once reviewed in the Physio First clinic, patients will remain under the care of the Physio for that problem and the form here is for patients to use as instructed by the Physio. Please be aware, forms completed by patients when not under the care of this service will be deleted and no replies will be sent.
