Dr. Hardwick has officially left the practice as of 31st March 2018. Despite our efforts to recruit a replacement before he left, we were unsuccessful, so our search for another GP is continuing.. Please be assured we will continue to provide the best care and service that we can. We would ask patients to bear with us during this difficult period whilst we try to find a replacement and to choose the most appropriate healthcare service, e.g. pharmacy, opticians, dental, self care. #choosewell
